Terms & Conditions
1. About Us
Luxy Shine Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services to clients within the United Kingdom. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide cleaning services including (but not limited to):

Domestic cleaning

Deep cleaning
-
End-of-tenancy cleaning

Airbnb / short-let cleaning
-
Commercial and office cleaning
Services are provided as agreed at the time of booking. Any additional services requested beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.

Prices are agreed prior to the commencement of work.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to request payment in advance for certain services, including end-of-tenancy and deep cleans.

Late payments may result in future bookings being declined.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the booking fee.

Missed appointments or denied access may be charged at 100% of the booking fee.
5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

If access cannot be gained, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

Any specific access instructions must be provided in advance.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must ensure the property is safe for our cleaners to work in.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic beyond reasonable expectations, or pose a risk to health.

We do not handle hazardous materials including (but not limited to) biohazards, mould beyond surface level, or pest infestations unless specifically agreed.
7. Quality of Service & Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues where appropriate.

Complaints received after 24 hours may not be eligible for re-cleaning or refunds.
8. Damage & Liability

Our cleaners take every care while working; however, accidents can occasionally occur.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service taking place.

We are not liable for:

Wear and tear

Pre-existing damage

Damage caused by faulty fixtures or fittings

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own professional cleaning equipment and products unless otherwise agreed.

If clients request the use of their own products or equipment, we accept no responsibility for performance or outcomes.
10. Keys & Security
Where keys are provided, they are handled with care and confidentiality.

We are not responsible for security systems not disclosed prior to the service.

Lost keys will be replaced up to a reasonable cost where responsibility is proven.
11. Photography & Marketing

Photographs may be taken for quality control or marketing purposes only with client consent.

No identifiable personal items or information will be shared publicly.
12. Website Use

Content on this website is for general information purposes only.

We reserve the right to update or change website content at any time without notice.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
